Denarau, Fiji
We moved once in August. Nawi to Denarau, down the south coast of Vanua Levu with stops at Bua Bay, Yadua, Nanau-i-Cake and Matawalu, and that one passage accounts for all the diesel we burned for the month. The rest of it we sat at anchor and ran the whole boat on sunshine.
Power Usage
Averaged across the month our draw sits near 315 watts and barely moves, while solar swings from nothing to well over a kilowatt and back.
Across the whole of August that came to 248 kWh of solar collected and 234 kWh used, with the generator running 0 minutes.
