# Simple and Delicious No-Churn Ice Cream

## Simple and Delicious No-Churn Ice Cream

A recipe given to me by a fellow cruiser… Thank you, Elizabeth!

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- mix-ins of choice (chocolate chips, peanut butter, crushed-up cookies, fruit preserves, etc.) (optional)

Combine the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form. You can accomplish this by hand, with an electric mixer, or a blender.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk (plus optional mix-ins) and transfer to a container. Freeze for at least 24hrs before serving!
