No Bake Coconut Peanut Butter Balls
The perfect grab-and-go snack!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes or shreds
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or other desired add-ins (raisins, chocolate chips, etc.)
- 1 pinch salt (omit if using salted nuts)
Instructions
- Combine wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly. Depending on how runny your peanut butter is, you may need to add more oats or coconut flakes. The mixture should be sticky but not too wet!
- Roll into 12-15 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Allow them to get cold before eating!

Eat it Sabado Style: During overnight sails as a night watch snack that feels like a dessert.
Notes: These are easily customizable! I often cut back the amount of oats and add almond flour or ground flax seed instead. You can definitely add protein powder, too! I used walnuts in these photos, but I prefer a mixed nut blend (almonds/cashews/peanuts) or just peanuts.
